At Merrymere, we believe life deserves more celebration. Our events are carefully planned, elegant, and festive — from an afternoon tea on Boston Harbor to a candlelit Thanksgiving feast. There is always something on the calendar. All events are reserved for members first.
When the gardens open and the flowers are in bloom, Merrymere takes the party outside. A garden party on the grounds — beautiful tables, fresh flowers, and the very best of the season.
Long days spent on the lawn and on the water. Our kitchen packs everything you need for a beautiful afternoon outside — a proper picnic, a chilled bottle of wine, good food, and good company.
Leaves turning, pumpkins on the steps, and jack-o-lanterns glowing at a Halloween cocktail evening with cocktails that are deep, smoky, and just a little wicked. Thanksgiving at Merrymere is heritage turkey, house-made pies, and candlelight that lasts all evening.
Fresh evergreen, ribbon, and a cup of something warm. Wreath making as the season begins, and a Christmas lunch that feels like the holiday at its most luminous — Christmas trees, candlelight, warm spiced wine, and a proper eggnog.
